The 99:99 Update
Just a quick note, I've posted at great length about other things lately.
Last week, the goal for my marching in place was two sessions on each of five days - one 10 minutes long, and one 5 minutes. I did this easily. That's 15 minutes a day, or a total of an hour and a quarter of exercise for the week.
So this week, it's going to be 10 minutes at both daily sessions. This brings me 2/3 of the way to the ultimate goal of 30 minutes total each day.
