Nashua Area Knit Groups, Apr 4 - Apr 16

The Group Report

After being so late last Wednesday to post the weekly group round-up, I have decided to start doing this on Tuesday. This will give anyone who might be interested in a Wednesday night group a fair chance to get there.

Friday night's SnB-NH at Panera was up to three knitters this time. Okay, I admit it - I brought a friend along who knits. But she's also going to be able to make it that night on a regular basis, so perhaps the Panera North Fridays aren't entirely dead yet.

Sunday I had a rare opportunity to visit the SnB-NH Borders knitting. Gryphon came along with me; we had other reasons to be in the area. It was nice to see some of the SnB knitters that I hadn't met yet, and only knew through their blogs. And the knitting projects in progress that day were amazing!

Eats, Knits & Leaves meets next Monday, and that should be fun. We always have at least 6 to 8 people - sometimes more! Since we have now established an online group at Yahoo!, I'll be posting meeting pictures there for all to see, in addition to my usual meeting reviews here on this blog. I will, of course, be at the Knitting Around meetings on both Thursday nights. And I'll attend all the SnB-NH gatherings that happen at Panera Bread as well. Plus, I may just be able to make it to Borders on Sunday the 2nd! (edited to add: Can you tell that I usually copy and paste most of the text for these calendar posts? <g>)
